How it works
What concierge physical therapy is, and who it's for
Concierge physical therapy means the care comes to you. Sessions are one-on-one, in your home, and built around your goals instead of a clinic's schedule.
How it's different
- It happens in your home. No commute and no waiting room.
- It's one-on-one. Every session is with your physical therapist, start to finish.
- Sessions are longer. There's time to assess how you move and do the work.
- You have direct access between visits. Questions and quick check-ins don't have to wait for the next appointment.
- Scheduling is flexible. Care fits around your day.
How payment works
Aligned Performance is a cash-pay practice, which means it doesn't bill insurance directly. You'll receive a superbill, an itemized receipt with the codes your insurer needs, that you can submit to seek out-of-network reimbursement. What you get back depends on your plan, so it's worth calling your insurer first.
HSA and FSA funds are accepted.
What it costs to start
The discovery call is free and runs 15 to 30 minutes. The comprehensive evaluation is $99. After that, you'll see the recommended plan and its cost before you commit.
Who it suits
- Your calendar is full, and time spent driving to appointments is the reason you keep putting this off.
- You've tried standard rehab and were handed a sheet of generic exercises.
- You train seriously and want a plan built around your sport.
- You're postpartum and getting out of the house for appointments is its own project.
Where it's available
In-home visits are available in Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Star, Kuna, Nampa, and Caldwell. If you're outside the Treasure Valley, virtual coaching is available wherever you are.
