Privacy Policy

The short version

This website is informational and has no accounts. With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. We don’t sell personal information.

Confidentiality

All information collected by Aligned Performance is treated as confidential and is not shared with any third party except as requested in writing by the client or as required by applicable law.

Information you choose to give us

• Booking a call. Scheduling is handled by Google Calendar. The name, email address, and anything else you enter when booking is collected by Google and shared with Aligned Performance so we can hold your appointment. Google’s own privacy policy applies to that service.
• Interest form. If you fill in the interest form, the name, contact details, location, and message you enter are stored in a Google Sheet in Aligned Performance’s Google account and used only to respond to you.
• Email. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message, and use it only to reply to you.

Health information

Please don’t send detailed health information by email or in a booking note. This website is not used to collect or store health records.

Third-party services

• Google Calendar for appointment scheduling, embedded on the booking page.
• Google Analytics to measure visits and which pages and buttons are used. It only runs if you accept cookies when asked, and you can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page. When enabled, it sets cookies in your browser and collects information such as your approximate location, device, and pages viewed. Google’s privacy policy applies to that data.
• Client applications. We may facilitate communications and other aspects of our services through third-party applications such as TrueCoach. We don’t control those applications or their privacy policies, and your use of them is subject to their policies.
• Google Fonts to load the typefaces used on this site. Your browser requests the font files from Google, which involves sharing your IP address with Google.

The plan chooser

The answers you select on the “Find your plan” page stay in your browser. They are not saved or sent anywhere.

Changes

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
